A deposit locks in your spot in the build queue. Deposit is based on your specific build. A deposit of $1000 for a frame-set (frame, fork, seat-post, seat-post clamp, headset, stem) and $2000 for complete builds. Lead time begins when the deposit is received. Lead times cannot be guaranteed due to component and material availability.

As of October 1, 2023 the lead time is one year from the time of deposit.

Artisan Cycles, LLC warrants to the original owner that our frames are free from material and workmanship defects for 5 years from delivery date. Our warranties remain affective for as long as Artisan Cycles, LLC is in business. The warranty will be void if the defect is directly related to personal misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper assembly, improper maintenance. Our warranty is applicable solely to the original owner and is not transferable in any form.
